Dynamic Express activates coronavirus action protocol

Dynamic Express has implemented protocols and actions over the past few days with a two-fold objective: to safeguard its operations and to contain the coronavirus epidemic.

Managers and all employees with the possibility of teleworking are already doing so, in addition to avoiding private meetings, public events and travel.

Additional measures are not ruled out depending on the evolution of the crisis.

Dynamic Express has established a contingency plan and several guidelines to follow to ensure the health of its teams and its customers. A series of measures have been established among our workers, which seek to avoid the contagion and spread of the virus while exercising their activity.

We have agreed to continue with the express delivery service as normal, in order to avoid delays in deliveries to our customers.

However, due to the constant evolution of the coronavirus and the restrictions by the authorities, Dynamic Express protocols could be affected in terms of customer service and other services of office staff, route schedules, deliveries and customer pickups, so although our intention is to maintain the quality of service, this may be diminished by this situation of major cause.
