Dynamic Express puts at the disposal of the Gerenalitat de Catalunya its logistic facilities as well as all the necessary human resources and delivery vehicles in order to comply with the tenders awarded to Dynamic Express by the departments of the Gerenalitat de Catalunya, Labor, Social Affairs and Families, as well as the Department of Health.
In both tenders Dynamic Express has provided a number of concepts of the logistics chain completely free of charge and in solidarity with the fight against COVID-19.
The services awarded to Dynamic Express that gives full coverage with its own means throughout Catalonia are those of:
Logistics for the reception, management and distribution of preventive health material for the residential facilities of the social services network of Catalonia, to face the COVID-19.
Last April 8, the first contracting of the Gerenalitat de Catalunya was formalized by the Department of Labor, Social Affairs and Families.
The first services of reception and handling of goods were carried out discreetly during the Easter holidays and then the first working day in Catalonia on Tuesday 14 began the distribution of the first personal protective equipment by Dynamic Express to the residential centers indicated in the requested requests. Support is also given to deliveries of extreme urgency with immediate reaction.
This contract was extended with the Health Department of the Gerenalitat de Catalunya that acquired the competences of these centers because of the crisis caused by the COVID-19, the signature took place last April 21st by the director of the economic resources area of the Catalan Health Service Mr. Ivan Planas Miret.
From April 14 to 23 Dynamic Express in these 8 working days in Catalonia has made the logistics, reception of more than 60 trailers, quality control, stock, handling and creation of orders for subsequent distribution of material from China and other local suppliers of the Gerenalitat de Catalunya.
Dynamic Express has delivered in this period of time about 2500 residential centers with demands of EPI sanitary material with an effectiveness ratio of 95% from the request of the service with delivery within 24 hours from receipt of the order to its delivery, these deliveries already made are composed of more than 7000 packages and more than 48.5 tons of material that is already available in the residential centers.
Dynamic Express will continue to support the rhythm of creation of about 200 new daily requests from residential centers for the replacement of PPE and will continue to perform this task until the Government of Catalonia terminates the need for the intervention of the logistics operator.
