Under the slogan "Work with passion or change profession", last Saturday, September 21, Dynamic held a day of planning and organization of processes with its direct employees at its headquarters.

In order to create a better experience and brand image, as well as to make employees feel more integrated into the company, boost sales, improve our processes and quality ratios for our customers.

We also presented the new challenge that Dynamic is facing with the award of a tender, which we will report on in due course, that will radically change the brand's presence and positioning in the Catalan market.

The setting chosen for the event was one of our central platform piers and the decoration as well as the use of our everyday elements gave the touch of red passion that the organization intended.

This work is essential to achieve all the goals previously set.
