Dynamic Express celebrates its I Convention

"We set the course" was the motto of the was the motto for the celebration of Dynamic's I Convention.

The meeting, which was held in the Barcelona town of Sant Quirtze del Valles on December 1st, was attended by almost 100 people, representing the Dynamic network, the agenda did not allow the presence of our representatives from Lleida, Girona, Madrid, as well as those from the Balearic Islands.

The Commercial and Marketing Director of the company, Luis Sanchez, opened the day with a review, analysis and a very satisfactory balance from our beginnings to the present and looking forward to an even brighter future with the opening of new Dynamic points and with the creation of a star service for the Catalan market, "We set the course" and the objectives for the coming years.

The head of Organization and Quality of Dynamic, Encarna Fernandez remarked one of our present and future objectives, the quality of service for our customers in all processes of the company, we will continue to maintain internal audits with implementation and improvement standards, some of these processes already audited by obtaining ISO 9001:2015 in several of our centers, for 2019/20 we intend to obtain this distinction in the rest of Dynamic's own facilities.

As a symbol of union and integration to the Dynamic family, a raffle was held among Dynamic employees and the employees present from our main suppliers of our own routes, as chance would have it, the prize of gastronomic experiences, weekend hotel or relax for two people went to a newcomer driver of a supplier of one of the Dynamic El Prat routes; Miguel Cerrato, the prize was presented by our Financial Director Valentin Martinez.

During the day we could see in the faces of the attendees the pride of belonging to our brand.

Our delegates, Soledad, Lourdes, Raquel, Mª Laura, Montse and Carol mentioned the work of their colleagues and the company for the organization of the event and the need to remain united and strive to achieve our goals.

At the end of the convention, our General Manager O. Zafra thanked all the members of the company for their efforts and recognition.
