Dynamic offers the following service Dynamic Burofax through E.N.A.O. which acts as a neutral and independent entity between sender and addressee. Hereinafter Dynamic burofax Platform.

As an Impartial Trusted Third Party, it has custody of all electronic and physical evidence for a minimum period of 10 years.
All communications made by Plataforma Dynamic burofax are encrypted.
All electronic documents managed are digitally signed and time stamped.

The online burofax service offered by Dynamic allows the online imposition of a burofax that will be delivered to the physical address of the addressee under signature and, in addition, adds many advantages to any of the current similar services on the market and at a much more competitive price.

The user adds the document(s) to be sent (in Adobe PDF, Word, JPG, etc. format). He enters the sender's data and the data of the recipient(s) (he can send the same bureaufax to as many recipients as he wishes).

For each shipment, indicate if you wish to contract Acknowledgement of Receipt and/or Notarized Certification of Content.

Document generation and sending.

Dynamic burofax platform generates the final document, in Adobe PDF format, which will be sent to the addressee.

This document is electronically signed with time stamp (TSA).

The shipment will be delivered the next working day after the online payment by the optimal postal operator according to the recipient's zip code.

Next business day delivery to the recipient's home.

Dynamic bureaufax platform generates an electronic Acknowledgement of Receipt document with the result of the delivery, actions taken and evidence collected during the delivery process of the postal bureaufax.

It is an additional service that can be contracted during the imposition of the postal bureaufax or in the following 10 years after such imposition.

Alerts are generated when the status of the postal bureaufax changes and are sent to the sender, if desired, by e-mail.

Result: Notarial Attestation of Certification of the contents of the postal bureaufax

Dynamic burofax platform generates a certified copy document of the literal content (all the content) sent in the postal burofax. The content certification issued by Dynamic is attested by a notary on stamped notarial paper.

It is an additional service that can be contracted during the imposition of the postal bureaufax or in the following 10 years after such imposition.

Result: Custody of postal burofax documents

Dynamic burofax platform keeps the sent document of postal burofax and the generated documents of acknowledgment of receipt and notarized certification of content for a minimum period of 10 years, thus exercising its role of Trusted Third Party in the process.

From the private user area, the sender can track and manage the postal bureaufax: download documentation (electronically signed and stamped), consult status, update data associated with the delivery, contract additional services, etc.
