Can I track the status of my order and shipment?

We offer express and conventional national and international services, temperature controlled merchandise, logistics, handling and storage.

What are Dynamic's hours of operation?

Our business hours are:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 09:00 to 14:00 hours and from 16:00 to 19:00 hours.

Can I have my goods anywhere in the Peninsula in less than 24 hours?

Yes, with the services, Dynamic 8.30 am, Dynamic 10 am, Dynamic 1 pm, Dynamic 7 pm.

Can I have my goods in the Balearic and Canary Islands in less than 24 hours?

Yes, depending on the destination, you can use either Dynamic Air or Dynamic Ocean.

Can I request pickups from other national origins and receive it in less than 24 hours at my facilities?

Yes. Depending on the origin and schedules of your request, you can use the Dynamic service best suited to your needs.

Can I document my shipments at source, with integrations, via web, etc.?

Yes. We have several modalities depending on the client's needs, via web, integration module and Web Service.

Can I track the status of my shipment?

Yes. As the recipient through our web customer area, using the delivery note or reference number so that you can check the status of your shipment yourself.

As an issuing customer you will be given access to control the entire transport process from the customer area.

Can I request a quotation or a commercial visit from the web form?

You can request a quote without any obligation. Dynamic's commercial team will attend your request in a personalized way as soon as possible.

What kind of facilities does Dynamic have?

The facilities where customers' goods are managed have all the legal licenses, security measures and technical means, as well as areas for block storage, exclusive temperature-controlled areas and RSIPAC, conveyor belts for sorting and issuing shipments.
